Cangzhou Huatong Motor Vehicle Driver Comprehensive Service Co., Ltd. was established on July 18, 2012. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Duolun Technology Co., Ltd. with a total investment of about RMB 42 million. It is located at the intersection of Yingbin Avenue and Yinchuan Road, covering an area of about 60 mu.

Business scope: 1. Driver training and testing services covering all vehicle models (A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, C1, C2, C5) used in Driving Test III; 2. Dolun-Huatong Driver Training Institution was established in February 2017. The institution is equipped with over 50 new Jetta training vehicles along with 20 intelligent simulators. It has over 50 professional coaches and a dozen management and service personnel. It owns 35 mu of training field and about 1,000 m² of office and teaching area, including multimedia room, computer room, simulator room, VIP lounge, training aid room, archive, restaurant, repair shop and other supporting facilities, providing trainees with the most advanced training mode and the best driver training service.

The company has six departments: Administration Department, Driving Test Department, Driver Training Department, Finance Department, Supervision Department, and Market Development Department. It has more than 150 employees, all with paid social security, housing provident fund, paid annual leave and various benefits. There are a total of more than 200 vehicles covering Model A, B, and C for driver training and testing. The test venues are located at Cangzhou West, Zhongjie, and Junma Station, able to process 1,000 tests and accommodate 800 trainees per day. Duolun-Huatong Driver Training Institution was established on February 24, 2017, and currently provides driver training services of Model C1 and C2 vehicles. Huatong Driver Training Institution offers the first intelligent VIP driving class in Hebei, as it was the first to adopt Duolun’s new driver training model. The new model combines human and machine, using robot coaches for training. The institution is service-oriented and committed to developing a five-star driver training service model.

To promote traffic safety knowledge and strengthen drivers’ safety awareness, the company started to build a traffic safety promotion and education base in July 2019, with a total investment of more than RMB 2 million. The base has six participatory learning zones, including a multimedia lobby, a law and regulation learning zone, a traffic management zone, a traffic safety experience zone, a safe and civilized travel experience zone, and a traffic safety education zone. All staff are fully dedicated to fulfilling their duty on traffic safety promotion and education and continuously improving the overall competence of traffic participants.
