Recently, Duolun Technology and ArcherMind Technology held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Nanjing. Leveraging their respective expertise in intelligent driver training and OpenHarmony, both parties will closely collaborate in the areas of smart transportation, smart vehicle administration, and intelligent driver training. Both parties will develop and promote the Jiahong operating system, with OpenHarmony as the technological foundation, and create a series of DMV smart terminal products and solutions, thereby driving the localization and digital transformation of the DMV industry.

Attendees at the signing ceremony included Chairman Zhang Anqiang, Vice President Ruan Wei, and Investment Center Director Liu Wei from Duolun Technology, as well as Chairman Wang Jiping, Senior Vice President Meng Lei, and Sha Xiaohua, General Manager of the Hongzhi Business Division, from ArcherMind Technology. Zhang Tiejian, Director of the Driving Safety Technology Research Institute at Duolun Technology, and Chen Jing, Senior Vice President of ArcherMind Technology, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

Since its establishment in 1995, Duolun Technology has been committed to technological innovation and industrial application in China’s intelligent driver training and smart city construction. It has developed four core product systems, focusing on smart vehicle administration, intelligent driver training, smart city, and smart vehicle inspection. ArcherMind Technology, as a leading operating system expert, has developed release versions of the operating system based on OpenHarmony for sectors such as industry, transportation, energy, government service, and education. ArcherMind possesses rich experience and technical strength in digital transformation.

According to the cooperation agreement, both parties will leverage Duolun Technology’s experience and advantages in the “people, vehicle, and road” business field and ArcherMind Technology’s deep accumulation in the OpenHarmony field to jointly promote the R&D and application of Jiahong in the transportation sector. This collaboration will help Duolun Technology’s DMV product ecosystem achieve comprehensive localization and make it a pioneer in domestic DMV products and solutions.

Jiahong, jointly developed by Duolun Technology and ArcherMind Technology, is a new generation of domestically developed operating system for smart terminals based on the OpenHarmony platform. It aims to provide a more intelligent, reliable, and secure digital foundation for the transportation sector. Jiahong’s core advantages lie in its mastery of full-stack key technologies and a unified language architecture. It possesses capabilities such as software bus communication and near-field discovery and connection for public transportation safety scenarios. This enables the intelligent, interconnected, and collaborative operation of terminals in the driving training sector and traffic safety devices, resulting in a concise, smooth, continuous, secure and reliable interactive experience across all scenarios.

Jiahong

Currently, the jointly developed Jiahong-based smart driving test terminal has been successfully deployed in a pilot test area. Recently, Qi Guangming, a senior expert from the OpenAtom Foundation, Liu Songsong, Section Chief of the Hangzhou Traffic Management Bureau, Yan Shiwen, Head of the Northward Working Group of the OpenHarmony Community, Zhang Anqiang, Chairman of Duolun Technology, and Chen Jing, Senior Vice President of ArcherMind Technology, witnessed the first trainee using the Jiahong-based smart driving test terminal to pass the driving test.

Leaders of both parties engaged in in-depth discussions and jointly planned the future and standards of Jiahong. This successful trial provides a solid foundation for further cooperation between both parties.
