The First Demonstration Commercial Station Integrating "Photovoltaic Power Storage, Charging, and Inspection" in China

As the first commercial station for NEV safety inspection in China, the Sanshilipu Photovoltaic Power Storage, Charging, and Inspection Bus Station in Zhengzhou City leverages the technical expertise of Duolun Technology, CAERI, and Tiamaes Technology. Focusing on five key areas: annual vehicle inspections, research on the three-electric (battery, electric drive, electric control) testing technology for NEVs, R&D and manufacturing of charging equipment, photovoltaic power storage technology, and the automotive aftermarket, it has led to the creation of a four-in-one integrated demonstration commercial vehicle inspection station featuring photovoltaic power generation, energy storage, charging, and inspection.

The Sanshilipu Photovoltaic Power Storage, Charging, and Inspection Bus Station in Zhengzhou City supports both commercial inspections and annual inspections. It boasts 3 external inspection lines, 3 environmental inspection lines, 2 safety inspection lines, 1 NEV small vehicle inspection line, and 1 NEV large vehicle inspection line. The NEV inspection services are mainly targeted at buses, taxis, and online ride-hailing vehicles for safety inspections.

Solutions for NEV Inspection "Cloud-Device-Client" Commercial Inspection

As a professional developer of motor vehicle inspection technology and solution provider, Duolun Technology's subsidiary, Jianlan Technology, has not only created a three-in-one commercial inspection solution from "cloud, equipment, and client ends" for the Zhengzhou Sanshilipu Light Storage Charging Inspection Bus Station, providing comprehensive motor vehicle inspection equipment, but also implemented self-developed NEV inspection equipment based on the national major project of Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China -- "Research on the Inspection Technology and Equipment for the Operational Safety Performance of NEVs", using safety regulation inspection equipment, power battery and vehicle safety inspection equipment, and OBD inspection equipment, in the station for NEV inspections.

It is worth noting that before the formal commercial use of these inspection devices, Duolun Technology, together with its subsidiary Jianlan Technology, participated in the national key research and development plan—Development and Application Verification of NEV Operational Safety Inspection Technology System and Platform—of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China in collaboration with the Traffic Management Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security and other committee members. The project passed national acceptance and the relevant policies were recently reviewed and approved. During this period, the company completed offline verification work at 31 vehicle inspection stations, 6 vehicle management offices and 5 4S stores nationwide based on two national projects. As of June 2024, the Sanshilipu Photovoltaic Power Storage, Charging, and Inspection Bus Station in Zhengzhou City has officially opened to the public.
